This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the Website, whose purpose is the online sale of mobile data eSIMs for travellers, allowing users to browse, purchase and manage these products. Accessing the Website and/or using the services offered through it grants the status of user (the “User”) and implies full and unreserved acceptance of every provision included in this Legal Notice, in the version published at the time the User accesses the Website.

The User agrees to make appropriate and lawful use of the Website and of the content and services offered through it, in accordance with applicable law, this Legal Notice, the General Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and any other notices or instructions brought to their attention, as well as generally accepted standards of morality and public order.

The actual provision of the mobile data connectivity service associated with each eSIM depends on the coverage and operation of the networks of local telecommunications operators and the wholesale suppliers Syntel Network SL works with, so the availability, speed or quality of the connection may vary and do not depend exclusively on Syntel Network SL.

Syntel Network SL assumes no responsibility for the content, information or services that may appear on such sites, which are provided for informational purposes only and do not imply any relationship between Syntel Network SL and the owners of those sites.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of the Website, Syntel Network SL and the User submit to the competent Courts under applicable law, in all cases respecting any venue that legally corresponds to consumers and users.

Syntel Network SL reserves the right to make, without prior notice, any changes it deems appropriate to the Website, and may change, remove or add both the content and services provided through it and the way in which they are presented or located.
